Isabella Ogoe attended Baidoo Bonsoe Senior High Technical School in the Ahanta West District of the Western Region of Ghana. She is a graduate of University for Development Studies where she obtained bachelor’s degree in Integrated Community Development Studies. She spearheaded the building of community profile for Nate community in the Northern part of Ghana. She identified the problems and challenges and also formulated specific interventions and recommendations for the Nata community. Isabella has over 6 years working experiences in community development. She taught at Atobiase D/A JHS in the Daboase District and also worked with Tandoh Microfinance at Agona Nkwanta, she has been exposed to new ways of living and different sides of life and as such know how to relate well with people.

Currently she is the Community Development Officer for TRACTOR.
