TRACTOR (Transforming Rural Agricultural Communities Through Organic Re-engineering) is a non-government organisation focused on improving rural livelihood and promoting food security in Ghana. Legally registered in 2009, TRACTOR is located just outside of Takoradi, on the Apowa/Mpohor road in the Western Region, Ghana.
The organization's aim is to empower smallholder farmers and increase youth engagement with the agricultural industry through education and development in sustainable farming. TRACTOR does this by employing science and technology-based solutions, promoting health and nutrition, and educating on the impacts of climate change and importance of conservation.

At TRACTOR our activities are directed by experienced board of directors, carried out by enthused and knowledgeable staff and aided by a set of supportive and excited volunteers.
